1.Long time i have the one doubt,about how to set a gmail profile picture on android phone.

2.But today i get the solution to add a multiple pic by without google+.

3.There is no possible to see private photos details of others,but may be someone try to save it.

4.Before going to the process first of all delete your existing background image using pc or laptop.

5.Also update this app to new version in play store,if you not updating the cover photo icon sometime not showing up in right side.

6.Now open your application and then goto “Manage your google account” link setting.

7.Here select “Personal info” and then click to “Edit” option.

8.Same way you can easily replace display name on your computer.

– According to the American Sleep Association, 50–70 million US adults suffer from sleep disorders. It’s estimated that around 20% of people worldwide suffer from sleep deprivation.
– Insomnia can be common if people are under a great amount of stress, experiencing big life changes, or having emotional difficulties.
– If you suffer from insomnia, a lack of sleep can cause hormonal imbalances, which lead to weight gain, slower reaction times, irritability, memory problems, depression, and headaches.
– Lie face up in bed. Relax your facial muscles, including your tongue, jaw, and the muscles around your eyes. If you realize you have a frown, really focus on releasing the area in the center of your forehead.
– Drop your shoulders as low as possible. This will also help you stretch and release the tension in your neck. Then relax your upper and lower arm on one side, and then try it with the other arm.
– Breathe out, and relax your chest. Feel your lungs fill up with air.
– Relax your legs. Release the tension from your thighs first, and then let the relaxation travel down to your calves. Finally, focus on your feet and ankles.
– Now that the muscles in your body are relaxed, it’s time to clear your mind completely.
– When the pilots were trained in this exercise, they performed it sitting down on a chair. In those exercises, they put their feet flat on the floor, placed their hands on their laps, and let them go limp.

Ann Makosinski is an 18 year-old student, innovator and entrepreneur. Her first toy was a box of transistors. From there, her interest in science and creating arose. One of her friends in the Philippines got a failing grade because she didn’t have any electricity or light to study with at night. As a potential solution, Ann invented a flashlight that ran off the heat of the human hand – the Hollow Flashlight. The invention won her age category at the 2013 Google Science Fair, as well as numerous awards at the Intel Science and Engineering Fair. She appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and was named one of TIMES 30 Under 30. Ann hopes to manufacture her flashlight, bringing the invention to developing countries and including them in emergency kits. Ann also invented the eDrink – a coffee mug that harvests the excess heat of your hot drink and converts it into electricity to charge a phone. Ann debuted the eDrink this October on her second appearance on the Tonight Show.
