How to find a LOST Apple iPod

Hi, this video shows you how to find a lost Apple iPod. The iPod will need to be turned on and have access to the Internet so if the battery has run out or if it has no WiFi signal then this process will not work. This process is ideal when you have lost the iPod in your house and you don’t want to have to look everywhere to find it. You can make the iPod play a sound to make finding it so much easier.
It will also work for other Apple devices like iPhones & iPads.
Many thanks Vince

Which PHONE Tethering Connection is fastest: USB, WiFi or Bluetooth?

Hi, this video tests the connection speeds of 3 different methods of tethering which is sharing your mobile cell phone’s internet connection with other devices. It tests USB tethering, then WiFi hotspot and lastly the Bluetooth tethering. Then at the end I move the phone around to try and get a better mobile signal and also use a longer USB lead to see if these impact the speed results.

How to make Old TVs & Monitors HDMI compatible

Hi, this video shows you how to make your old flat screen TV or Monitor that doesn’t have HDMI ports into a HDMI compatible device so you can connect up newer equipment like Tablets, Xbox One/PS4s gaming consoles or anything with a HDMI port as the output. Most old monitors and Flat Screen TVs will have a VGA port and you can use this to connect up the newer equipment by buying a HDMI to VGA adapter and also a HDMI switch. You will be able to buy these things for approx. £10 -£20 ($13-$25) so if you still like your old TV then this option will get some more years out of it.
Many thanks Vince.

Android USB Tethering: How to use Android USB Tethering on Any Computer

Android USB Tethering How to use Android USB Tethering on Any Computer. In this video I’m showing you, from my chromebook, how to usb tether(usb Tethring) your android phone to your pc. This can be done with any computer, and not just with a chromebook.

Here are the steps for Tethering your android phone to your computer via usb port.

1. Connect phone to computer with usb cable.
You will know when you have a connection when you see your phone is charging, by seeing the power indicator.

2. Get into your android phone settings.
Make sure that your phone is not in airplane mode or other wise this will not work. Also make sure that you are on a LTE service of some kind. Anything under 4G will give you very slow internet speeds.

3. Select your wireless settings, and click on the more tab.
What you are looking for is something that says Tethering & Portable Device.

4. Tab on the usb tethering switch.
That’s it! There are no other setting needed for your computer to connect on to the web. If you computer doesn’t do this automatically then you will have to ask for help. Just google the name of your phone and what you are trying to do with it, to find answers.
